Whether you need a full house on Long Island for your crew or a beachside condo in the Florida Panhandle for two, the standard is the same: clean, comfortable, and exactly what you expected when you booked.

Terms of Service

Agreement

Stay Boundless is the brand name for short-term rental properties operated by Scalzo Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our"). All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Scalzo Capital LLC, doing business as Stay Boundless. By booking a stay at any Stay Boundless property, you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement any policies set by the booking platform you use (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.).

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Late checkout may result in charges of $50 per 30-minute increment, rounded to the next half hour. If a delayed departure prevents the property from being prepared for the next guest, you may be responsible for the cost of that impacted reservation.

Occupancy

All guests must be listed on the reservation. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. No unregistered visitors are allowed on the property overnight. No parties or events of any kind are permitted.

House Rules

Guests are expected to follow all posted house rules, including quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), no shoes inside the home, and proper use of all appliances and fixtures. Specific property rules will be provided before your arrival.

Property Care and Damage

You are responsible for the condition of the property during your stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly. Please report any issues or damage immediately so we can address them.

Pets

Pet policies vary by property. Please confirm pet permissions before booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

Checkout Responsibilities

Before departing, guests are asked to: load and start the dishwasher, gather used towels, remove leftover food and drinks, take out the trash, turn off all lights, lock all doors, and set the thermostat to 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving transactional text messages related to your reservation. These include check-in instructions, property access details, and checkout reminders. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Liability

Scalzo Capital LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or any incidental damages during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
